Darren Andrews

Darren Andrews is a founding partner and Clinic Director at We Grow Hair Indy, where he has been helping men and women restore their confidence since 2005. With nearly 20 years of experience in the hair restoration field, Darren has overseen thousands of successful client transformations and played a key role in developing We Grow Hair Indy into one of the nation’s leading clinics. Originally from New Zealand, Darren grew up working on his family’s dairy farm before becoming a qualified tradesman in joinery and cabinet making. In his mid-20s, he spent two years living and working in London, England, and later returned to New Zealand to launch his first business in hospitality at the age of 28. In 2005, he moved to the United States, where he and his partners founded We Grow Hair Indy. As someone who has personally undergone hair restoration, Darren brings a unique perspective and empathy to his role. He has had a Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ procedure (November 2005) and also utilizes ongoing therapies including minoxidil, physician-prescribed Finasteride, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, and Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT). His firsthand experience allows him to guide patients with honesty and confidence, knowing exactly what the journey entails. Passionate about helping others achieve natural, lasting results, Darren combines decades of leadership with personal experience to ensure every client receives the highest level of care. "Losing my hair had a dramatic impact on my life. My hair loss bothered and affected me more than I was willing to admit. After having my hair restored, my self-confidence and self-esteem are at a much higher level. Having the opportunity to help other people experience the same results has been very rewarding to me."

Dr. Farhan Contractor

Dr. Farhan Contractor is a revered surgeon whose entire career has been dedicated to the art of hair transplantation. With board certification and specialized training under the most esteemed surgeons, Dr. Contractor brings a wealth of experience, having completed over 2000 successful procedures, making him a cornerstone of our clinic's esteemed team. Dr. Farhan Contractor's exclusive focus on hair restoration over the past decade ensures that each patient receives unparalleled expertise. Specializing in both Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ (FUT) and ARTAS Robotic and Manual Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), he delivers consistent, impressive results. His proficiency extends to treating high-profile individuals, which underscores his exceptional skill and reliability in the field of hair restoration. Central to Dr. Farhan Contractor's practice is his dedication to creating naturally appealing hairlines and results that align with each patient’s unique aesthetic goals. During the consultation phase, Dr. Contractor collaborates closely with patients, blending artistic insight with surgical precision to achieve optimal, individualized outcomes. Haylin Perry

Haylin Perry is a skilled Medical Assistant with over five years of clinical experience and a Certified Phlebotomist since 2020. She has been a dedicated member of the We Grow Hair Indy team since 2020, supporting the surgical team and assisting with advanced hair restoration treatments, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Extracellular Vesicle Therapy (EVT).. Haylin is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate approach, helping clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their hair restoration journey. Her expertise ensures that every procedure runs smoothly and safely, contributing to outstanding results and patient satisfaction.

Kenzie Hart

Kenzie Hart has been an integral part of We Grow Hair Indy since 2020, bringing nearly six years of experience in both patient care and clinic operations. She became a Certified Phlebotomist in 2022 and works closely with the surgical team, assisting with procedures, suture removals, and advanced hair restoration treatments including PRP, Extracellular Vesicle Therapy (EVT), and other regenerative treatments. In addition to her medical responsibilities, Kenzie serves as a Front Desk Coordinator, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every client. Her combination of clinical expertise and front-of-house professionalism makes her a valued member of the WGHI team, helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their hair restoration journey.

Lindsay Johnson

Lindsay is a Certified Trichologist and Hair Restoration Specialist and has been working at We Grow Hair Indy since 2014. She has utilized our treatments herself after experiencing post-partum and stress-related hair loss, and to combat genetic hair loss that runs in her family. She understands firsthand how hair loss can affect our everyday lives and how your hair plays a role in how you define yourself. Her favorite part about helping our clients restore their hair is witnessing them regain their confidence and enjoy the little things in life again. "I know how it felt when my hair was something that bothered me and not feeling as confident in myself because of it. After treating my hair though, I regained the happiness with my hair and being able to help my clients feel great about their hair again is why I love to do what I do!"

McKenzie Dobson

McKenzie Dobson is a Registered Nurse with over eight years of clinical experience and a passion for integrative wellness. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Purdue University and Nursing from Indiana University, bringing both medical expertise and a deep understanding of patient care to her practice. Her diverse nursing background spans medical-surgical care in the hospital setting, mental health support at a ketamine clinic, and preventative wellness through IV therapy and vitamin injections. From 2021–2023, McKenzie was a key member of the We Grow Hair Indy team, assisting in surgery and performing advanced regenerative treatments including PRP, EVT, and Vitti Pure. After gaining additional experience in the field, she has rejoined the practice to continue providing cutting-edge therapies and compassionate care to patients. Dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best, McKenzie combines her clinical skill with a personalized approach to deliver results-driven care.

Melissa Green

Melissa Green is We Grow Hair Indy’s most experienced female hair restoration specialist, bringing nearly two decades of expertise to the team. Since joining the clinic in 2006, she has guided thousands of clients through every stage of their hair restoration journey—from initial consultation to ongoing treatments—with compassion, skill, and a deep understanding of the process. Melissa graduated from Indiana State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. Over the years, she has not only helped countless patients restore their hair and confidence but has also been a treatment client herself. Melissa has personally utilized Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, Low-Level Laser Therapy, and regenerative treatments to maintain her own hair, giving her a unique and relatable perspective when working with clients. Known for her approachable, supportive style, Melissa takes pride in making each individual feel comfortable, educated, and empowered in their decision. "Hair loss is personal and it can feel overwhelming.  After personally experiencing hair loss and finding my own success with treatments, it is rewarding to be able to help others with different options for their hair."

Nate Shaffer

Since 2017, Nate Shaffer has been helping clients at We Grow Hair Indy navigate their hair restoration options with confidence and clarity. As a consultant, his primary focus is on treatment and surgical consultations, where he has guided more than 1,000 patients through their restoration journey. In addition to his work at WGHI, Nate has been involved in nonprofit initiatives, reflecting his commitment to serving others both inside and outside the clinic. His professional experience is paired with a personal connection to hair restoration—Nate has undergone a Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ procedure and has also utilized advanced therapies including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Extracellular Vesicle Therapy, and Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). By combining firsthand experience with years of patient-focused consulting, Nate offers a unique perspective and a relatable approach, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident in their decision. To me, the best compliment is that no one can even tell that I've lost hair."

Torey Guy

Torey Guy has been a valued member of the We Grow Hair Indy team since 2022, where she assists the medical staff with advanced hair restoration treatments and patient care. Her role includes supporting treatments such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, post-procedure hair washes, and suture removals. In addition, Torey takes pride in educating clients on effective hair loss and restoration products, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to maintain strong, healthy results. A graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Torey brings a strong foundation in patient care and hands-on medical experience to her work. She is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their restoration journey.

Will Saddler

Will Saddler has been a key part of the We Grow Hair Indy team for nearly a decade, overseeing the medical side of the clinic, including hair transplant procedures, advanced treatments, and patient consultations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology and Physiology from the University of Cincinnati and completed advanced training in Practical Anatomy and Surgical Education, giving him both a strong academic foundation and practical expertise in the field. Will’s connection to We Grow Hair Indy began as a client in 2016, when he underwent a Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ procedure. Since then, he has also used preventative therapies such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Low-Level Laser Therapy to maintain and strengthen his existing hair. His personal experience allows him to relate directly to the patients he consults with, offering both professional insight and a client’s perspective on the process. Dedicated to delivering natural, lasting results, Will takes pride in helping patients achieve not just restored hair, but renewed confidence.
